I launched my 1st business and worked 60h + /week having no free time and no energy left to enjoy life.

In 2023

I decide to implement some changes in the way I was running my business and start making more money while enjoying my life fully .

In 2024

Implementing strategies adapted to my neurodivergent brain helped my scale my business to 6 figures and been featured in Forbes less than 2 years after starting my 1st business

In 2025

For 18 years, I worked in banking alongside CEOs, founders, and business owners navigating some of the most important decisions of their professional and personal lives.
Growth.
Acquisitions.
Business transitions.
Leadership challenges.
Major life changes.
While my role was financial, many of the conversations were not.
Clients often came to me looking for clarity.
On paper, the decision seemed obvious.
Yet something kept them stuck.
Over time, I noticed a pattern.
The real obstacle was rarely a lack of information, expertise, or strategy.
It was the invisible identity conflict underneath the decision.
The tension between who they had been and who they were becoming.
The fear of letting go of an old identity.
The uncertainty of stepping into a new one.
Then, in 2022, I faced the same crossroads myself.
After nearly two decades in corporate banking, I left everything behind to build my own business from scratch.
And I discovered firsthand what I had spent years observing in others.
Today, I work privately with leaders who have reached a point where nothing is falling apart, yet something feels off.
The business works.
The status is there.
The achievements are real.
Yet one question remains:
Who am I beyond the role?
Beyond the company.
Beyond the title.
Beyond being the CEO, founder, husband, wife, parent, or public figure.
And perhaps most importantly:
What's next?
Not simply the next strategic move.
But the next evolution of self.
Because at this level, the challenge is rarely strategy.
It's identity.
And every major decision that follows starts there.

I’m Madeleine.
